Term of Use for COGonline:

The CANDU Owners Group (COG), a corporation incorporated under Canadian federal law as a not- for- profit corporation, adheres to its obligations under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)S.C. 2000, c.5 (PIPEDA) to protect any personal information that COG collects, uses or discloses in the course of commercial activities.
Further, COG has obligations under its agreements with its suppliers, contractors, and participants and its agreements and by-laws with its Members, to protect Intellectual Property (IP) and Confidential Information from unauthorized collection, use, publication and/or disclosure.
COG Employees, Participants and Members who use this site are encouraged to consult with their specific signed agreements related to the use of COGonline so as to familiarize themselves with the scope of their obligations when collecting, using, publishing or disclosing any IP and Confidential Information contained herein.
Those using this site, including possibly collecting, using, publishing, or disclosing IP, or Confidential Information, should ensure they understand their obligations as stated above before taking such actions and that they only access approved information by signing into this site under the entity which directly employs them or is their primary employer.
